Client Consultation
Before anything is drawn, let alone built, we want to discuss your ideas for the project and get to know you in a way that will helps us create a space that reflects your vision and needs. A budget discussion will also take place in order to determine a scope that will work within your resources.
If needed, we welcome the opportunity to work with your architect or designer, or can help connect you with great design partners for your project.
After this initial meeting, we provide a proposal that outlines the agreed upon scope inline with your project’s preliminary budget range.

Project Development
This phase is where details of specific fit and finish are determined - firming up budgetary and resource needs. The project planning and pricing exercise can be a fluid process as we work directly with the design team, our trade partners, and you (the client) to build a thorough estimate and scope of work for the project.
We are often called to value engineer a creative solution that matches the project goals to the budget - whether through alternative materials or a reduction in scope.

Construction & Coordination
Investing in coordination with your architect earlier in the project design and development results in a noticeably smoother construction experience.
Reitzcraft Construction pays unique attention to detail, honoring your home and project through craftsmanship of the highest quality. We also pride ourselves in the ability to integrate the construction process into your space without interrupting your life. Our team works diligently to treat your house, your family, and your ability to maintain “normal” respectfully while we work toward completion of your project.
Regular check-ins and continual communication, allow us to keep you up to date on progress and when to expect various subcontractors to be onsite.

Post-Project Care & Follow Up
You (our clients) are important to us, and fostering a long-term relationship allows us the opportunity to better support you when additional project needs arise.
Eventually construction comes to an end, but we want to ensure that you remain satisfied with the work and enjoy living in your new space. We stand by our craft and will communicate any maintenance plan recommendations specific to the materials and/or manufacture to maximize the life of all products we sourced.
